Progressing cavity pump with maintenance-free sealingThanks to the magnetic coupling developed by NETZSCH to meet the unique requirements of progressing cavity pumps, the NEMO MY pump can be operated at low speeds of 200 to 300 rotations per minute. This leads to a significant reduction in mechanical loads and, at the same time, contributes to an extended service life of the drive system. Compared to pumps with mechanical seals or other sealing systems, the magnetically coupled pump is a more cost-effective alternative. This allows you to reduce your expenditure while increasing production efficiency. The maintenance-free sealing system is another advantage of the NEMO MY magnetically coupled pump. Thanks to the magnetic coupling, there is no need to keep the sealing pressure constant or to check the fluid level in the sealing system regularly.
Maximum process reliability combined with even higher flexibilityThe NEMO MY magnetically coupled pump is characterised by its hermetic tightness and low-maintenance operation, making it ideal for processes requiring maximum operational reliability. The already available flexible coupling rod made of PA12 is only designed for temperatures up to 80 °C and for media which do not require chemical resistance. However, if this is essential, the new version of the NEMO MY is the preferred choice. Thanks to the robust B or K joint, you can easily convey media such as paints, sealants, ink, building materials, paper or other media requiring a higher temperature or chemical resistance.
